REFUND POLICY
At On The Rocks Fusion Restobar, customer satisfaction is important to us. While all food and drink sales are final, we’re happy to address any concerns about your order. If there’s an issue with your dine-in or takeout experience, please let our team know right away and we’ll do our best to make it right. For event bookings or prepaid reservations, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
